Our phones are operated by volunteers from the community for the community. We receive no direct government funding.

We’re here to help the 1 in 4 Kiwi who experience anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD or phobias.

We offer in-person or online therapy in Auckland / Tāmaki-makau-rau.
